What are the interior (metric) dimensions (height x width x length) of the under seat storage area/boot in the Peugeot Satelis 125 scooter?

My local scooter dealer does not have the Satelis in stock, but can order one for me. He does not know the dimensions, so I'm turning to you for the answer.

Thanks for your assistance.
Just one or two quick additional details. I sent this question to both Peugeot UK and Peugeot Germany before asking here, of course. No response yet. Was hoping for a quicker answer here from someone who actually owns a Satelis 125.

I've also visited the web sites, read the specs, and downloaded the brochures. Still no answer to this specific question.

As for the local dealer, do understand I'm just now in the preliminary stages of shopping for a scooter, trying to narrow down the list of choices through some initial research. It's too early to start driving from dealer to dealer. While the local dealer can order a Peugeot scooter, he does not routinely stock or sell this brand. The nearest Peugeot dealer is some distance away. If this scooter remains a viable option, I'll obviously visit that dealer to gain answers to any remaining questions (including this one if the answer is not forthcoming) prior to actual purchase.

I bet its not big enough to store your spare wheel.

Has failed an MOT - Front right fork leaking oil - Just cant afford to keep her anymore
Other than that, it is in fin condition.

It would be worth getting the fork seal & MOT done - it would be worth about £880 in good condition, as it is you'd be lucky to get £500 for it.
(ps to previous answer - you can't ride a 125 at 16)

Considering the quality and history of Suzuki Motors, I often wonder why their scooters receive much less publicity than some of the more favored names like Lambrettas and Hondas. Vespas, of course, have their vintage chic appeal, but for anyone wanting to find a modern design scooter, it's difficult to beat Suzuki scooters. Here are a few reasons:

1) Suzuki scooters are inexpensive to both purchase and operate

My original Suzuki was a dirt bike back in the 80's. It ran like a champ, was beautifully designed, and was one of the most economical bikes on the market, taking into account the quality of the bike. Suzuki's motor scooters are no different: you get a lot of value for what you pay.

2) They are fuel efficient

Depending on the engine size you choose, you can expect anywhere from 45 to 100 miles per gallon of gas. While the larger models (the ones that rival motorcycles) hit the lower end of the scale, smaller, more traditional Suzuki scooters are incredibly fuel efficient.

3) They are expertly designed

Suzuki scooters are built to the highest standards of reliability, and are respected for their smooth operation, straightforward clutch system, and liquid cooled engines. Don't underestimate the importance of a smooth clutch system, especially for younger owners who might be easily distracted!

4) They are safe

Along with their excellent engineering, Suzuki scooters are built to protect you in ways you might take for granted. For example, most Suzuki scooters have an advanced suspension system. Think that's there for comfort? If so, you'd be partially correct. It's there for both comfort and safety. By keeping vertical travel to the minimum, the overall safety of the scooter is improved.

5) There is a huge selection

Whether you're buying a small knock about model, or a large motorcycle replacement, Suzuki has a model to fit your needs. For neighborhood riding a 125, 150, or 250 will probably be all the scooter you need. But you can upgrade to a 450cc model for around $6,000, and move all the way up to a 650cc for around $9,000.

Like their motorcycle counterparts, Suzuki scooters are well-known for their traits of performance and quality. If you're looking for a premium scooter at a reasonable price, make sure to investigate a Suzuki. When you start price shopping, you'll find that there is also a good second hand scooter market, so do your research before buying!

Sort-of disclaimer: I am NOT a representative of Suzuki Motors -- just a customer who likes Suzuki's fun and cool rides.
